Oceânica Imobiliária is a Cape Verdean company dedicated to architecture, construction, and real estate development, focused on creating contemporary projects that raise the urban and housing standards of the country. We operate in an integrated manner throughout all stages of the process, from architectural and engineering studies to construction, supervision, and marketing of the final product.
Founded by Chady Hojeige, a key figure in the urban and business development of Cape Verde, Oceânica stands out for its ability to execute highly complex projects and for adopting a sustainable and future-oriented approach. The company boasts a highly qualified multidisciplinary team and over 300 direct and indirect employees, playing an active role in the transformation of Praia and other strategic regions of the archipelago.

MCIC e Oceânica – Imobiliária assinam Memorando de Entendimento para a promoção cultural, criativa e turística
O Ministério da Cultura e das Indústrias Criativas (MCIC) e a Oceânica – Imobiliária assinaram um Memorando de Entendimento (MoU) com vista à valorização da identidade cabo-verdiana, à promoção internacional de Cabo Verde e à dinamização de eventos e iniciativas de relevante interesse público nos domínios cultural, criativo e turístico.
A assinatura do Memorando ocorreu no âmbito do evento oficial de lançamento do vídeo promocional de Cabo Verde, promovido pela Oceânica, iniciativa que visa reforçar a projeção do país como destino turístico e cultural, bem como como espaço atrativo para o investimento, destacando a sua diversidade natural, cultural e humana.
O Memorando de Entendimento foi assinado pelo Ministro da Cultura e das Indústrias Criativas, Augusto Veiga, e pelo gerente da Oceânica – Imobiliária, Chady Hojeige. O documento prevê, igualmente, a cooperação e participação em feiras e eventos promovidos pelo MCIC e pelas instituições sob a sua tutela, com enfoque na promoção e valorização da cultura cabo-verdiana.
